I hope you got a nap. my mum had a chest infection several weeks ago and struggling . she having a Respiratory team come to her home to monitor her. you doing all you can and know how hard it is for you. my Mum is 77 and still smoking so is not helping her advanced COPD. 🥰❤️

omg, I can hear that so clearly. Did you sleep in a bad position maybe mucus is building up next to your valve. You look after yourself. I was going to say your skin looks great but noticed your new filter. Yeah got my Xray and I am waiting for the new doctor tomorrow as its got a little worse. this doctor was nice and gave me choices so anything happens its on me now xx I am thinking of you x

Definitely give the neb a go if u can 💯 I'm not a napping person myself but if I got infection I'll definitely recline back in the quiet of living room for hour... Im struggling with exertion today to breathe just hoping it's the added moisture in air as its raining but muggy... Much luv to u beautiful 🌹 ♥️🌹 xxxx

Your dinner sounds delicious 😋 enjoy. Take care of yourself don’t leave it if you get worse with the wheezy yes I sleep to ignore the problem we are , are worst enemies but like to help give advice to others. Sending hugs 🤗 to you.
