wouldn't that be unconstitutional due to the fact that you cannot be punished for a crime twice. If they make it a law that you can't work certain jobs due to a criminal background check technically that's punishing you after the fact

Level is only for government jobs, nurses, etc. not for regular jobs like Walmart, call centers, etc

I've held clearance to work in DOC so if you can pass a background check to work in place like that or a child's daycare you will pass a level 2 background
