Yes my dad retired from the navy 25yrs my brother retired from the air force 26 yrs and now my 23 year old son just graduated basics at fort Jackson and I’m one proud army mom 💪🏾🫶🏾

Racism is everywhere. I've seen more in healthcare at the VA then I ever did in the military. I got my 100%, VA home loan, student loans cleared and my son/hubby get to go to college off me. Work smarter. She is right we don't have that generational wealth but the military can help you build it and change your life. These benefits and opportunities are great. Nevertheless do what works for you.

I enlisted in the military at 17 did 6 years active duty. Left the military for a GS gig, I have a degree, a house, six figure income all with a HS diploma at first.
