I can’t ever wrap my head around this. This is by far one of the worst laws. Should be able to go in with force and get everyone out.. with force again if needed.

this is showing the owner of a house should be able to put any and all squatters out within 24 hours and if the law won't help the cops and the city attorneys should pay 5 million dollars every day they don't help

there was a case where a homeowner moved in with the squatters, they moved out shortly later.

if that was my home I would break that door down and move in 20 of my friends until they leave cops ain't going to do nothing about it it's a civil matter so handle it civilly call your friends over for a party
