Hi Nelson. I’m hoping you might be able to assist or point me in the right direction. I’ve had a Discovery Bank account since around 2022 and was using it quite actively as I’m self employed. Unfortunately, after an issue with a client, my account was suddenly blocked. I’ve tried resolving it through Discovery’s call centre multiple times but haven’t been able to get any real assistance, and since Discovery doesn’t have physical branches, it’s been very difficult to escalate the matter. My account has now been blocked for quite some time and I would really appreciate guidance on how I can properly resolve this and regain access. If you could assist or connect me with the right department, I’d be very grateful.
