Car is in the wrong but this is a learning experience for the biker to think twice about parking your bike in those types of medians. Guy is dressed in black and has a black bike in a poor lit area. I’m not surprised his bike got hit.

I don’t blame the biker but he should use this as a lesson in carrying proper saftey equipment. A flashlight, flare , reflector of any sort could have made a big difference.

Are you guys all fucking stupid. He almost just killed a dude. He’s stopped in white lines it’s not a lane or the middle of a highway. Bro is going way to fast for a exit ramp and switched over past the dotted lines. And then continues to just turn it into a hit n run.
