Your waiting time reminds me of mine. Failed my first assessment (the run by 11s- running in -1 degree weather two weeks after leaving vincy) Nov ‘19, ban on commonwealth after two deaths in training, followed by Covid. Never started until October 2020. Never knew depression until those 11mths and I hid it so well. This is the first I’ve publicly said this. But hey, we made it despite all challenges. Continue to strive for excellence 👏🏾
