3 months being screen free and its been totally worth it. For my 21 month old its no different as he never had it, but from my 3 year old he was used to getting a tv slot everyday and now he doesnt ask for it. On the off occasion we have given it (since hes been sick) we aim to pick more low stimulation shows. But we’ve found cosmic kids very useful and he loves doing it. Have you tried screen free time? Also I use the word *Ban lightly. We explain to my toddler “we’re not doing screen time right now, but we could do X instead” and I also don’t mind him seeing it when he’s out in the world, im not jumping infront of screens when were in public 😂 we just aren’t using them. #sahm #momvlog #mumsoftiktok #MomsofTikTok #mumlife #screenfreekids #screenfree #toddlersoftiktok #toddleractivities
