And they’re one of the biggest reasons so many of us are struggling with weight, bloating, fatigue, and hormone chaos. Sharing meals isn’t weird. It’s smart. It’s how your body used to feel full before it got trained to think “full” meant stuffed and sleepy. Normalize splitting the entree. Normalize leaving food on the plate. Normalize eating until satisfied, not until it hurts. We don’t need to “clean our plate.” We need to start listening to our hormones again. P.S. I eat very conservatively at home 90% of the time and exercise 2-3 hours a day 7 days a week. Therefore, will be getting my own meal at a restaurant and I will eat all of it if I want to. 😂

My husband would starve if we shared he physically works hard all week at work and most nights around the house. His calorie intake is not the same as mine nor should it be I’m very small. I will gladly take mine home for the next meal!!

They are huge. One time I caught myself ordering 2 burgers and a side. That’s extreme for lunch. When u have dinner a few hours later. I caught myself and stopped ordering so much. I lost 7lbs so far!
