imagine, coming onto your property, take you away in handcuffs, to trespass you from a property you haven't been on. somehow, in her logic this supersedes the 4th amendment.

main reason for the detainment and wanting his id was so he could be trespassed, which the supervisor said you can't trespass him, so what investigation did he hinder in,
