I want to encourage everyone who thinks that nobody cares or understand,but I know of someone who cares and His Name ís JESUS,He knows what you are going through now and what you have been going all along,He knows your suffering and pain,He is well aware of your struggles,storms,tribulations,the challenges you face everyday and it seems like it will never come to and end,the suffering,pain,disappointment,hurt or whatever it is, there is a root cause of it all that bring all those feelings to surface,a week ago I went through a moment where I was anxious,confused,scared,my heart was pounding fast,lost my focus,I was unstable because of those feelings all together,I became unstable and it caused me to be unstable and out of character for whole while and i even lost my peace,I was like someone who was possessed by an unclean spirit ,like the man in the bible in Mark chapter 5 and I realized that I had to calm myself down but I couldn't do it on my own or by myself,so I started to pray and asked God to deliver from those feelings feelings and He did and He gave me not my peace(that is here now and gone later)but His Peace that surpasses all understanding,the Peace that is everlasting,and as time went on I realized that all those feelings I experienced was because of something that happened in my childhood that caused fear to enter into my heart,and all the other feelings was the offspring of the fear that I carried with me since childhood,but thank God He delivered me,so I want to encourage everyone to take the time and to do introspection to discover what the root cause is and when you realize and discover the cause,Give it God,by praying and allow God to Heal you,because He cares,understands and most of all HE LOVES YOU SO MUCH THAT HE SENT HIS SON TO DIE ON THE CROSS FOR OUR SINS AND TO GIVE US EVERLASTING LIFE,I WISH YOU WELL ON YOUR JOURNEY OF HEALING,GOD BLESS AND I LOVE YOU WITH THE LOVE OF THE LORD.
