This was 💯 percent preventable! They ignored her cry’s for help! I pray she sued the hell out of the police department! I pray she is ok mentally and physically! My heart breaks for her for losing a child she never should have lost! They failed her maybe because of her skin color maybe because she was a woman! But they all need to be held accountable for this! They helped that man do this by letting him out!
