@edwardcollins_upleveled: There Are 77 Types of Trusts in the U.S. — But It All Comes Down to This: Revocable vs. Irrevocable. When it comes to designing your wealth infrastructure, this is one of the most important decisions you’ll make. Let’s break it down: 🔹 Revocable Trusts. • Flexible. • Can be amended or revoked at any time. • Typically, you serve as both Grantor and Trustee. • Ideal for probate avoidance and smooth asset transfer. 🔹 Irrevocable Trusts. • Far more permanent. • Changes are rare — and often extremely difficult. • Requires a third-party Trustee. • Powerful for asset protection and estate tax mitigation. At the end of the day, these are private legal agreements — drafted between the Grantor and the Trustee — and they form the foundation of a well-structured Generational Wealth Plan. So the question isn’t just should you use a trust? It’s what type of trust belongs at the top of your hierarchy of ownership? 🧱 The Real Wealth Matrix starts here. I posted an entire video regarding the different types of Trusts that High Income Business Owners, W2 Professionals, and Real Estate Investors should understand. I even shared the 5 Types of Trusts I personally use. If you would like access to my YouTube Channel where that video can be found … Drop “YouTube” and I’ll share how to access it. SF0740

I was told that there are only certain aspects that you cannot change. Mainly taking assets out that you put in or beneficiaries. You can still buy and sell land etc.
