I don’t get why deworming isn’t normal. You can get worms from fish and fruit/ veggies as well. It should be normal to deworm ourselves

Is it not common for people to worm themselves routinely? My mum would worm us as kids every time she’d wormed the dogs, and I just continued the practice as an adult.. Is that not normal? Am I the weird girl routinely buying the chocolate dewormer from my chemist? 🪱🍫

Yeah, I grew up in developing countries. I don’t eat raw sushi or any meat that isn’t well done and some people think I’m so low class. Nope, once you’ve seen worms, you don’t get over it.

Funny you say that. Restaurants often give the poorer quality cut of meat to people who order well done cuz they know mostly ethnic families order well done. So next time ask for medium rare, and then get them to recook for longer to well done so you get the good meat

In South Africa, we deworm our babies,kids and ourselves every 6 months. Especially if you have pets!!! They also get dewormed as well
