so far I'm on her side. if it's a 3rd party the hotel has to call the third party to verify. sometimes it does take a couple of hours for it to go through the hotel system, but based on this information I'm on the guest side and I used to work front desk at a hotel

should be an easy fix. When you book online they give you an itinerary number, all that. I never once see or hear her say this in the video

it takes a couple of hours for payment to.be processed through a third.party. she just booked it and the front desk should have the guest call the third party booking. virtual credit card needed. its a process. hear emphasis apologize resolve and listen. stop moving your hands....

This happened to me in Houston. I booked through a 3rd party & it was a big mess. They were trying to say we didn’t pay. I just showed the app where I paid & we were good.

As a Marriott GM, Booking.com isn’t a pre pay sight. It’s always hotel collect. I’m sure she cannot show proof of her bank transaction?
