I'm happy for your son and you. My son was 4 days from rehab to begin but I guess he needed 1 last high. He'd been clean for 5 mos. His body was found just 2 blocks from my place, next to the bike path at the train tracks. A place he'd sleep when I wouldn't let him in my home when he used. I felt off that day and night. Waiting for him and knew in my heart that something wasn't right after I last saw him. I paced until the coroner called and came to give me the news. The call I dreaded for years. I know he knows I love him and I tried everything to help him help himself but his addiction won. I think he got tired and let it win. He is with me always. He let's me know it. I just want one last moment with him. We didn't get a proper goodbye. 🕊🥀🦋❤️
