@itryandtell: This is the new @Maybelline NY superstay teddy tint I love the formula of this, it has a mousse-like texture. When applied it feels really soft and it then dries down to a matte finish but it doesn’t feel super drying on the lips, I often forget that I have it on my lips until I remove my makeup!
