@coachmichelle: Life is full of duality… From the outside, the past couple of months looked exciting. I launched The Coach Michelle Podcast and released my very first physical product, the CMA Slideboard. As always, I shared my work, my passion, my heart with the community I love so deeply… But behind the scenes, I was grieving a chemical pregnancy, a very early miscarriage around the 5-week mark. I was mourning the loss of a future I had just begun to imagine with my husband, while quietly convincing myself I was okay… that I should feel “lucky” it happened so early. The mental and physical toll has felt like an emotional rollercoaster. Some days, I can focus on the beauty of life. Other days, I crumble. I know so many women move through pain in silence, holding it all together while feeling like we’re falling apart. I often share my resilience, strength, and joy to uplift others. But my humanness of fear, confusion, sadness, weakness, and loneliness is just as real and worthy of being seen. To the women juggling ambition and quiet heartbreak… To those chasing dreams while carrying grief… To those who feel they have to stay “strong” all the time… I see you. I feel the weight you carry. Let this be your reminder that: it’s okay to rest. it’s okay to breakdown. It’s okay to simply be. I don’t know what this next chapter holds as the journey to motherhood is anything but predictable. But I do know I’ll be watering myself, giving myself grace, and honoring this sacred opportunity to create life. Thank you all for supporting me through every chapter.
