My starter rises everyday but not always double and it typically takes 12-14 hours. It’s 14 days old… I may try this to see if I start getting better results.

Are you supposed to do this starter test for three days in a row with the original starter or with the 20grams I took from my starter for the test. I may be overthinking this but I’m not sure which one I’m using for three days straight I’m confused lol

I just started sourdough 11 days ago and it did a false rise the second day and for seven days after that and now it’s starting to double I’m gonna give it a couple more days to see if it continuously doubles over the line and if so, I think it means it’s established correct me if I’m wrong please
