That said, there are a couple things worth noting if you’re thinking about getting one. 🔪The blade itself, along with the knobs that control the thickness setting, tend to loosen up during use. I find myself needing to retighten them fairly often. It’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of. Also, the suction cups on the bottom only work well if they’re totally clean. 🧽 The If there’s even a little flour or debris on them—or on the counter—the slicer won’t stay put. I make sure to wipe everything down before using it so it stays stable. Despite those quirks, it does slice well once everything is secured. The adjustable thickness is a nice feature, and when everything’s in place, it makes for a clean, even slice every time.
