Ah this is nice, please don’t take offence with our feedback; I think the biggest issue was the venue. My biggest issue was that I wanted to dance and enjoy the music but that small room was too packed. Then the food, I think more bbq stands from the catering company to ensure more food is available for all. Definitely appreciate your openness, it’s not always easy to take criticism and it’s easy to just ignore it but it’s worth it in the long run!

For future events, consider hosting it in an open park spaceit gives more room for people to move around and enjoy themselves. You could hire gazebos and outdoor equipment to create structure and shade. Also, think about bringing in different food vendors instead . It gives guests variety and puts less pressure on you. You could reduce the ticket price slightly so people can choose and pay for what they want to eat. It makes the experience feel more flexible and relaxed and you can have more people

I think you can offer shots on entry maybe first 100 or so if you’d like to provide the incentive, wristbands so people can get fresh air if they get hot

come outside of london. borders + counties, you'll find more locations that are bigger + more accommodating,hire canopy/tents,loads of companies that hire bell tents for parties etc I think that will solve the outside issue.

I honestly think it was a decent event for your 1st time in London. AC, free welcome drink included with meal ticket, quicker food service (maybe another bbq stand) other than that I really did enjoy myself. I’ll definitely come to another event 🖤

Honestly like it’s already been said, catering (quick sausage and hot dog/burgers options also would have eased up, entry and exit rules, slightly late start time too coz our people just don’t turn up for events before 5pm (mostly 😂), which would have given you more prep time
