What do I do if I DESPISE working out or sports or whatever makes me tired 😭 I don't feel better afterwards, I don't enjoy the process, etc. I know it's good for my health, but right now I couldn't care less about it, though I also know I'm gonna regret it in the long run 😭😭 Help

Yeah the problem is I have enough suffering in my daily existence as it is. It's hard to be motivated to suffer MORE today by a known amount, to avoid potentially suffering LESS (but still not be free of suffering) tomorrow by an unknown (and potentially close to zero) amount. Especially when everyone you come across INSISTS it's something you HAVE to do.

Yes!! I was a choir kid who hated P.E. As an adult I’ve discovered I love being active I just hate ball sports. Activities I do enjoy: skiing, biking, Pilates, ballet, tango and rowing 💕
