I did all of those in my physical therapy. on the heal hand they added weight bags one at a time on top of the knee.

My PT has me doing the heel prop with a weight on my thigh. I have 2 and 5 lbs ankle weights and I lay the 5 across my thigh and set a timer

My pt has me put my foot from my good leg on the ankle of my surgery knee when I do prone hangs. It helps with the stretch.
