Is this the cutest bistro in Paris? We are at Italian-esque bistro Racines which is located in a gorgeous historic passageway. But before I get into the food I must apologise for an earlier comment I made in one of my videos - I said that we were going to fuel like an athlete whilst we’re in Paris in solidarity with the anazing Olympians at Paris 2024 but it looks like the only thing we’re doing better than these poor athletes is eating because rumour has it there not enough food in the Olympic village and the food they do have is preeeetty gross. Paris is full of delicious (both vibe and food) bistros but location/aesthetic wise Racines is really special. Plus the service is too notch - mum and I ordered a few dishes to share and they actually split all the dishes in half and gave us our own individually dressed portions! 1. 🐠 Branzino crudo - ponzu, salmon roe and green chilli 2. 🍝 Tagliolini with salsiccia and smoked ricotta 3. 🐮 Veal milanese with house mayo and grilled lemon 4. 🥒 Roasted courgettes with hummus and rocket ⭐️6.5/10 🍽️Italian/Fusion 💰€90 with no drinks (for two) 👍Humps - the vibe, the service 👎Bumps - the dishes were good but I didn’t think they were that special 📍Paris, France @paris2024 @Olympics #paris #parisfood #paris2024 #parisolympics2024 #parisolympics #olympicvillage #racines #parisbistro #parisfoodie #parisfoodguide #parisitalianfood #parisitalianrestaurant
