I’d say they were trying to destroy any evidence of such things. Most places that were bombed during the wars had no need to be bombed. It was only to destroy evidence to stop us remembering.

So many good questions in here 👀 Was it still in use during the Tartarian empire? Possibly. There are over 3,000 temples in Cambodia—many with unknown timelines and forgotten technologies. And yes… I’m reading every word. And as for the bombs—500,000 to 2 million tons were dropped right over these sites. Why? What were they trying to erase? This rabbit hole runs deep. 🌀
