Here's one. My grandmother was in the hospital because she was hit by a car and she was in her late 80s . She could be very difficult but still very sharp mentality but because of how difficult she was they had her on alot of medicine to keep her calm. I would say to much myself but I'm not a doctor. Anyway one day I was at the hospital and they allowed her to take a small walk with me as she was recovering well so her and I took a small walk in the hallway. As we were walking past a room she looks at me and asked of I ever seen a person who passed away and I said only at funerals. So she says come with me and before I could stop her she was in the room and points at a old guy in the bed and says he passed away. The guy apparently not happy with just finding that out yells IM STILL ALIVE!

I was helping a group at meals at a nursing home and the lady was horrified that I was “serving her” and kept trying to get up to serve me. I was horrified. ( I’m yt and she was a very elderly black woman).

I worked with this lady she German and has dementia so sometimes she speaks in native language and I would have to tell her I don’t speak German she always gets mad at me and say how can you not know German we went to school together.
