Here’s how to make the BEST appetizer for a cool night and a big family. INA GARTENS BAKED FONTINA: ▫️1½ pounds Fontina (cubed) ▫️¼ olive oil ▫️6 garlic cloves diced ▫️1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme leaves ▫️1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary leaves ▫️1 teaspoon kosher salt ▫️1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper ▫️1 crusty French baguette Preheat the broiler and position the oven rack 5 inches from the heat. Broil for approx 6 minutes or until it’s all bubbly and melted with a slight browning on the top.
