It definitely gets better as time goes on. My son is 2.5 and most days feel like groundhogs day, especially mornings for some reason. But we are able to have more adventures now so it’s gotten easier. Hugs. It’s not easy!!!

Seek God! He will give you what you need to get out of the rut. It may be to increase meds or to change up the routine, but one thing is for sure: we can trust HIM🤗

Yes, but also increase your Zoloft. If you are questioning feeling down or depressed then you probably need to increase which is totally ok!

Sometimes you get stuck in Groundhog Day cycles. Try as best you can to get out of the house when you can, even if you just load up and run through the drive thru for a drink or something. It just helps break up the monotony of it all. But also, no shame in upping the Zoloft. I just had to up mine

Post partum can last a long time. Hang in there. Try to not increase Zoloft just yet. Lean more on God and His word for a bit and see how ya do. You’re so sweet and in a tough season of life right now.
