@skyenish: PART 1 || Shiny Scarabia animatic rahh rahhhh hiss hiss —— After literal MONTHS of work, this beast of an animatic is finally done. I’m genuinely emotional about it actually! This is my biggest project yet, and of course it’s a Scarabia one. I thought this song fits Overblot Jamil, though, every self-congratulatory villain does, really. I wanted this animatic to be fun, with only a bit of a sad undertone! I wanted OB! Jamil to really lean into the unhinged vibes he gives off, while making Kalim just absolutely miserable. This is about 530 glorious frames of OB! Jamil being a little prick, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. This took so incredibly long, and I’m glad to finally be done with it so I won’t have to look at it again, but I am genuinely happy with the results. Some parts aren’t exactly how I’d wanted them to be, but my skill level isn’t high enough yet to pull some stuff off, and I’m happy with what I got!
