My dad owned 40 acres of hunting property down the road from the high school, my math teacher (cross country coach) kept bringing the team onto our property to run after being told multiple times not to. And thats the long and short of how I got away with holding my math teacher at shotgun point

Some people don’t appreciate what they have until it’s gone. I’m sure people didn’t pick up after their dogs, left trash and disturbed the homeowners.

Someone recently bought land near a local rock climbing hot spot in my home town. It has been used for decades. The new land owner is now trying to claim they own the rock climbing mountain. The sheer cliff isn't even usable land they just want to be petty.

A property owner needs to stop people from entering his property because you have to be aware that trespassers will sue if they get hurt on someone’s property
