@theothatruth: Malcolm X was wrong and that’s ok to admit #fba #BlackTikTok #blackamerica #ados #blackdiaspora #africantiktok #foundationalblackamerican
Malcolm X traveled to Africa and was accepted by many African heads of state as a RETURNING SON. Most of us couldn't even name three capitals in Africa, don't care to travel to Africa and view Africa as being backwards. We are a westernized people taught to hate our own and accept the criteria of success by our OPPRESSORS !

They want to pretend that dna determines ethnicity, when in fact it's the culture that you were born and raised up in. Just because you share genetics with people from one group, doesn't mean that you share that group's ethnic identity.

Creating an identity crisis is their intention. Because how else can they sell us on kinship, repatriation, and building up Africa? When we look at them as the descendants of slave traders that they are, the manipulation is clear.

If they want to be technical. Our ancestors were from Dahomey, Oyo, the Ashanti Empire and a bunch of other places that don’t exist anymore. Descendants of defunct kingdoms and empires.

What you referenced is being misunderstood in this video. Malcolm did not advocate that we lose being identified as American. He said your being is rooted in the African heritage and bloodline. The second point is the whole knows that black Americans are a unique breed because of the slave history. That means no one in Africa expect a black American to have a defined and direct history to a region, country or ethnicity in Africa. Africans are saying come let’s see how we can identify with each other and if it’s possible to fit you with a community/ethnicity that your DNA 🧬 matches. Better yet come and you are allowed to be a citizen of any country on the continent - if you’re open-minded to it. This makes sense because America is just like the stock market - the whole world is invested in it. No one has a 100% exclusive ownership to this investment platform aka the stock exchange. That’s what you are dying to tie yourself to when everyone else can do exactly the same. I hope I make sense!! I’m open to a friendly non confrontational exchange with you at anytime with a goal to understanding the big picture.

They don’t want us to claim Africa out of wanting kinship with us, they want us to claim Africa so we don’t delineate. They HATE that we have delineated because first and foremost it EXCLUDES them from our lineage and in doing that it doesn’t allow them too politically speak for us and it excludes them from our coming reparations. And beyond that, these people from Africa and the Caribbean have HATED us for decades. This isn’t new, they HATE us…..they are ALL taught to hate us non their countries and here in the USA and it’s not just their “it’s the media” excuse. They WANT to hate us so they accept WS tropes about us willingly. I’d definitely rather be around yt Americans than tethers

Why do we care what others think? I don’t. The obsession is tiresome. My culture is strong. Extremely strong. Our identity is strong and others simply hate that we stand on that. We are not Africans. Even Africans tell us that. Our ancestors who came off the boat were African. That was centuries ago. We changed. We survived. Then we thrived, created and evolved. PanAfricanism is done. Love to them all. But we have too much business here, to continue working to improve our country to worry about opinions across the globe.

Because BAs’ education has expanded, there’s a realization that certain idealogies of past BA leaders are no longer relevant or has proven not to work in practice. When BAs’ knowledge increased, they adjusted and didn’t keep practicing failed ideas. Know better, do better.
