Group CBT helped me immensely. Talking openly helps with the shame, which you’re already doing great with, but I found it really helped with accountability/reclaiming my own power I never thought I had.

Honestly it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done! I still pull my lashes and brows but at least I’m pulling less hair 🤣

I used to be sooo bad about this! I got my eyebrows micro bladed and I ended up finally letting my eyelashes grow back

I shaved my head thinking I would stop pulling and it didn't work. now I have little prickly hairs all over and when it starts growing back in, I pull the new hairs. so my bald spots are worse. I wish I never shaved at all. I've been bald for 3 years now and can't get my hair to grow back in because when I have bad periods of pulling a lot, I reshave my head and have to start all over. and now I do my eyebrows. its been awful. I literally got asked if I had brain surgery by some old woman a few days ago 😭

Shaving my head was the best decision for me! So freeing. I have kept it shaved for over a year now and don’t plan to go back anytime soon❤️❤️❤️
