Check my bio! 👉For the Blueberry Jam: Fresh blueberries – 2 cups (300g) Granulated sugar – ¼ cup (50g) Fresh lemon juice – 1 teaspoon (5g) For the Tiramisu Cream: Mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese) – 1 cup (250g) Egg yolks – 3 large Granulated sugar – ¼ cup (50g) Whole milk – ¼ cup (50g) Heavy cream – 1 cup (250g) Gelatin sheets (optional) – 1 teaspoon (3g), soaked in cold water For the Layers: Ladyfingers – 20-24 pieces Milk (for dipping ladyfingers) – ¾ cup (180ml) For the Blueberry Glaze (Optional): Blueberry jam – ¼ cup (60g) Hot water – ¼ cup (60ml) Gelatin sheets (optional) – 1 teaspoon (3g), soaked in cold water For Decoration: Fresh blueberries Mint leaves Directions Make the Blueberry Jam: In a saucepan, combine blueberries and sugar over medium heat. Stir continuously while cooking. As the blueberries soften, use a spatula to mash them. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Prepare the Tiramisu Cream: In a heatproof bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar, and milk together. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) and whisk continuously until the mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). It should hold its shape for a few seconds when drizzled back in. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the softened gelatin (if using) until fully dissolved. In another bowl, whip mascarpone cheese until smooth. Add the warm egg mixture and mix until combined. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until it reaches a thick, yogurt-like consistency. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined. The final texture should be thick and smooth. Assemble the Tiramisu: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into milk (do not soak too long or they will become soggy). Arrange a layer in the bottom of your mold. Spread a layer of blueberry jam evenly over the ladyfingers. Pipe or spread half of the tiramisu cream over the jam and smooth the surface. Repeat the layers: ladyfingers, blueberry jam, then the remaining tiramisu cream. Smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results). Make the Blueberry Glaze (Optional): Mix blueberry jam with hot water, stirring until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove solids, then add the softened gelatin (if using) and stir until dissolved.
