Nothing like a cheap can of jet spray to hide mould, fly shit, cockroach footprints and food stains... 6 months later tenant complains about foul smelling discoloured moisture seeping from the kitchen benches and landlord takes the tenant to the Tenancy Tribunal to switch the blame, extort the bond money and do it all over again.
