He's confessing to a sexual assault and the crazy part is, he belieaaves he's right. This is why they tell you if you still have anything on you at lock up @, it's an additional charge. That's because they strip search you and even then they don't touch you.

I remember this story. The cop SA’d the driver. During an investigation drugs were found in the cop’s car, and it was determined that the cop was stealing drugs for his personal use.
