With or without the tubing, it is the same heat because it is coming from the same candle. There is no heat multiplication because of the chimney!!!

Let’s do the math:
Standard candle has a 24h burn time.
Standard candle has 0,08 kW heat output.
Means 1.92 kwh output over burntime.
Ar a price of 2,50€ per candle,
That’s 1,30€ per kwh of heat.
So about 4 times as expensive as electric heating, the otherwise most expensive type of heating. Not considering the cost of materials.

Considering the thermodynamics and the BTUs I'd estimate this thing puts out 5 to 6 candles worth of heat.

Luckily the heat output is exactly the same or you wasted your time and money 👍👍💯

People not realizing you can Warm an entire room to survivable temperatures using just one T-light candle and a 2 clay flower pots. This set up could easily make you sweat in a survival situation. Great tips.

As the candles get shorter the system becomes less efficient.

Also the candles would make the indoor air quality way way worse

Candles and metal tubes can indirectly contribute to heating a room by radiating heat. While a single candle doesn't produce a significant amount of heat, it can warm a metal tube, which then radiates heat outward, potentially warming a space more effectively than the candle alone. This is because the metal tube can capture some of the heat that would otherwise rise and dissipate near the ceiling, redirecting it towards the surrounding area.

6 magnifying glasses in the window pointed at the tube makes sense, candles does not.
