So I’m experiencing something similar. My top lip is extremely ashy and dry looking and when I moisturize I can see and feel these bumps. There always been there since I can remember but just recently my top lip started feeling tight and I noticed fit of the very fine bumps. The bumps don’t leak or anything but sometimes my top lip itches? I use aquaphor only now because idk what is causing it but it hasn’t gone away and it’s been 2 weeks.

Its an allergic reaction from prolonged exposure. The dior lip oil causes the same thing. Just use some vaseline and youll be ok.

oh my god this happened to me three weeks ago when i used this lip tint, my doctor prescribed fucidin and it went away. I started using the tint again and then it came back, now im thinking its really the lip tint thats the problem 😭😭😭😭

I’ve been dealing with this for weeks- I’ll use Vaseline only but it would come back. My Dr gave me hydrocortisone cream for 7-days it finally went away.

This is an allergic reaction. I have MCAS and get this randomly but before I was diagnosed with MCAS my doctors thought it was a skin based allergic reaction. It’s possible to have reactions on just lips because of how thin the skin is. It still counts as an allergy, just not a big problem kinda allergy.
