@ambie_fit: PSA: Knees past toes won’t summon the devil—just stronger joints.🧎♀️💅 That old “don’t let your knees go past your toes” rule? Straight-up gym myth, right next to “lifting makes women bulky” and “you can tone your fat.” 🙄 There is zero scientific proof that keeping your knees behind your toes is better for you. In fact, allowing them to travel forward during squats, lunges, and step-ups helps build strength, mobility, and joint resilience—especially as we age. Train smart, train strong, and for the love of glutes, stop fearing forward knee travel. Your knees aren’t cursed—they’re just misunderstood. #KneeMythDebunked #LetTheKneesBreathe #JointJusticeReform

J-Dawg :
Knees past toes on back squat will not create stronger joints. On hack squat though, yes they will.
