@noorbakesss: Recipe below👇🏼 These s’mores cookie bars disappeared by the next day, my family loved them! 🤎 Comment what I should bake next 🫶🏻 🧾 Ingredients: * 113g unsalted butter, melted & cool * 100g brown sugar * 65g caster sugar * 1 large egg * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 185g plain flour * ½ tsp baking soda * ½ tsp salt * 95g chopped chocolate (plus extra for topping) * 6 digestive biscuits * 9 marshmallows 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a square tray with parchment. Spread digestive biscuits evenly on the base. 2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix melted & cool butter with sugars, then beat in egg and vanilla. 3. Add dry ingredients, then fold in chopped chocolate. Divide dough in half, press half over the biscuits. 4. Top with marshmallows, then add remaining dough over, leaving gaps to show the marshmallows. Sprinkle with extra chopped chocolate. 5. Bake 20–25 mins or until golden and marshmallows are melted. Cool completely before slicing.
