They say you won't have cockroaches if everything is clean. That's a myth especially in condo complexes. They don't need much food. I use Bayer Blatanex Gel. It's not cheap, but it kills them all pretty quickly.

So far no cockroaches, ants at my home for many years.Just maintain my dustbin n home clean. Throw rubbish immediately. Before throw I will rinse so no trace of sugar or food. All “clean” rubbish.
