interesting about using it for your broken foot! which bone in your foot did you break? I am a couple weeks into a sesamoid fracture and that be amazing if it'd help speed healing.

I do squats like you and alternate putting weight on each leg without raising the other. I returned 4 lbs higher from vacation. I began vibration 20 minutes every other day and steadily went back to my 133 lbs in 10 days.. how I wish I would continue to drop pounds. 133 is within bmi. I don't watch calories or do other exercise
