I saw you talk about this a year or so ago… been doing it ever since and it is genius. My hands finally only look 10 years older than my face versus the 30 they did.

I get compliments on my skin way more now after 45 yrs old than I did in my 30s or 20s. It’s been decades of conscientious work. I had horrible onset adult acne in my 20s-30’s. Still have the scars to prove it. And wrinkles and joels run in the family. Nothing I’ve done to help my skin has been that expensive. I never had a lot of money. EVER. I paid my own bills. Supported my two kiddos. Child support? Spousal support? Splitting assets? What’s that? I simply had an imense desire to look my best. I never fell for “fads” or brand names that were “current”. No way. Too expensive and a joke. But one thing I did was #botox. I would save my money for that. I didn’t eat out at resturants, buy clothes, other than second hand, get my nails done, etc… just for my Botox. It meant a lot to me. I understand not everyone feels the same. And let’s be honest. These at home red light treatment masks are expensive! I’m grateful I’m in a place now that I can indulge. #oliplex ##worthit But also… in the last two years a local gym has provided the same red light therapy for $39.95 a month along with 24 hour gym usage! So.. if you care about it you’ll do it. Work out AND get good skin care!! @@Idaho Fitness Factory @@TheOrdinaryOfficialStore@Roć and @@Traderjoeshelped so much with affordable topical skin care for many years. Way before gyms started offering red light benefits. Religious at home skin care is beyond better than any expensive treatment anyways. Red light or any fancy facial or injection won’t cure bad skin hygiene, poor habits, or sketchy nutrition or lack of water. I haven’t gone to bed w makeup on since … NEVER! Cold water is the key also. I’ve been doing cold water rinses in shower and after every face wash since I was 19. It helps w skin, hair AND mental health. I swear by it. ..do some research and if u care about your face.. there are many afordable options. Even in small town Boise. I’m sure you can find some options in your small town. PS., it’s proven that exercise helps your skin. It’s called blood flow and oxygen! Look it up. And so does not being angry and resentful. That makes you OLD, TIIRED, and UGLY faster than anything. True story. I’m not saying my skin is the best around or that I look “younger” than most or better than most. Just saying I feel super confident and LOVE where I’m at at.
