Keep giving it him in rotation..repetition will get him used to it.. we used to do this at work with our kids they had the same meal atleast once a week they’d moan at first but they loved it by the end

How do you deal with the food waste guilt Bone? My little boy wastes so much food sometimes, it makes me feel awful but I know it's just because he doesn't want to try new things at the moment.
