@bygonewardrobes: Please note that: 'lemon', 'salts of lemon', and 'citric acid' are not synonymous! 🧼 My understanding is that "Salts of lemon" is poisonous! It consists of acid potassium oxalate - and no citric acid at all. 🍋 However: citric acid works as well. It's found naturally in lemons, which is why it works.The most gentle option is to just use lemon juice and regular salt - like I did in my last video. 🧂Different types of sour salts (like sodium citrate) are also used in food industry.
