Now we need your help to figure out what other extremi recipes we can make! Turkish ice cream is so much more than I thought it was- it’s like eating a bouquet of flowers made from cold bubblegum. DELICIOUS!! And I got to use two new ingredients that I’ve never used before: Sahlep Powder, a starch made from ground up orchid tubers; and Mastic, a tree sap that was used as an ancient form of bubblegum!
