🍽️ 5 high-protein + high-fiber meals I’m making on repeat Because apparently “eat more protein and fiber” is easy advice until you’re staring into the fridge with absolutely no idea what to make. 😂 🥬 1. Asian chicken lettuce wraps Ground chicken or turkey + shredded carrots + mushrooms + water chestnuts + green onion + a little soy/ginger sauce, all wrapped in crunchy lettuce cups. Light but still super satisfying, and you can add edamame or rice on the side for even more fiber. 🍖 2. Turkey meatloaf dinner Lean turkey meatloaf + roasted sweet potatoes + green beans or broccoli. Classic comfort food, but with a little more protein and fiber. And honestly, leftover meatloaf makes an AMAZING lunch. 🌮 3. Black bean chicken tacos Seasoned chicken + black beans + high-fiber tortillas + cabbage slaw + pico + avocado + Greek yogurt. Basically taco night, but with a little more staying power. 🌮 🍛 4. Chicken curry bowl Chicken + chickpeas + spinach + peppers + a creamy curry sauce served over rice. Warm, flavorful and an easy way to sneak in some extra fiber without making the meal feel like “health food.” 🥗 5. Mediterranean tuna bowl Tuna + chickpeas + cucumber + tomatoes + olives + greens + feta + a lemony Greek yogurt dressing. Quick, fresh and perfect for those days when I absolutely do NOT feel like cooking. 🧀 Honorable mention: sourdough grilled cheese Sourdough + turkey + melty cheese + tomato, with a side of tomato soup. Because I’m all for balanced meals, but I’m also not giving up grilled cheese. 😂 I’ve been trying to be more intentional about actually logging what I eat instead of assuming I’m getting enough protein and fiber. I use the Stackr app to track my pēps and I can log my nutrition there too, which makes it easier to see the bigger picture. High protein + high fiber doesn't have to mean boring. It just takes a little creativity. 😂 🤍 #peps #highprotein #highfiber
