My elderly neighbors are from Thurmond! He was a coal miner along with his 3 sons. They moved to NC as soon as the Sacklers started peddling poison in the region. So sad!

I feel a road trip coming on it’s about 3 hours away from me. I’ve been to new river but never there we stayed in the only place we could find a motel 8 it was haunted saw a shadow figure of what looked like an old woman in my room!

This looks like some of the area walking dead shot at. They were in Virginia or W Virginia ay one point. That old wooden tower by the tracks. I'm almost certain it was on walking dead
