34 and jumped off the back of a U-Haul truck when we were done moving everything. I threw my lower back out and fractured a bone in my foot. Currently still in a boot! Learned my lesson!

I'm not 40 yet but when I pulled or did somwthong something and have to stretch it or sometimes takes a day to heal I already know I am getting old. especially with my job "Ah my Knee! My leg! My back! My Arm! My fingers!" then heal withing a day or week.
