and when you try to create an account it turns out you already have an account so you try to login to that existing account but forgot the password. when you click "forgot password " you never receive the e-mail to reset it

when you have all the apps, but you've been logged out and you can't remember your chuffing password and then when you've reset that, your linked credit card has then expired so you need to set up a new one, and the theatre show starts in 15 mins. True story!!
