oh please... I live in portmore and I currently make 200k mash and me comfortable asf... i was doing security work back in 2010 with 25k fortnightly where mi buy all my appliances, furniture etc and buy house 2012 with NHT, now that how rented out.. fast fwd 2015 change job 150k.. fast fwd again 2024, salary increase 200k have 4 cars to which 3 is rented

Yup Anna Novia said this a few years back and there was a huge discourse about this that it's unrealistic. But everything you said was conservative while still living your life even if it isn't extravagant. And remember you don't need to do things every month that will take you out of your house but it's nice to have money put aside for a big trip. And you most definitely need to account for savings/investments etc. One thing you forgot about was insurance payments (life, health, critical).
